- If you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason, just go through our easy 3 step return process to print out a return label to mail it back to us.
- Items must be in:
- New and unused condition original packaging
- Include all tags and manuals
- (Please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
- Recommendations when returning an order:
- Getting a tracking number when you send a return back
- Packing the item with the original packaging
- Refunding an order:
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method originally used to place the order.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
- Our goal is to refund your order as soon as we receive the item back. Some refunds can take up to 5 to 10 business days before it is credited back to your account. If you have sent back an item and would like to know the return status just chat with us!
Used & Installed Parts:
- For the purposes of this policy, electrical parts are considered installed when the wires, and or harnesses are attached.
- Electrical parts that have been plugged-in but have not had power applied to them are still classified as having been installed and do not qualify for return.
- Gas components include, but are not limited to, items such as fuel pumps, fuel baffles, petcock. These items cannot be returned if the gas lines or electrical connectors have been attached.
Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items:
- If your order was damaged, is incorrect or is missing an item(s), please notify customer service by using the live chat as soon as possible, so we can get you taken care of.
- All orders above $100 get fast free shipping. Expedited shipping is additional and available on all items. Please note the availability of an item for any additional handling time.
When will my item ship and how long will it take to receive?
- Items with this button are in-stock and ready to ship same day if ordered before 1:00 PM CST. If the item is purchased after 1:00 PM CST, the item will ship the following day (excluding Holidays). Please note that if you order past the available quantity, the order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Out of Stock:
- Items with this button are Out of Stock Items. This means that the item is not in-stock, and it is ordered from the Manufacturer same day. The item then comes to Louis Powersports, and is then shipped to you. Items with this button could take an additional 5 Business days before shipping.
What if I purchase Expedited Shipping on Items that are Out of Stock?
- Out of Stock Items will be shipped within 5 business days after ordering. Your purchase will be expedited as soon as the item is available to ship.
- All orders (including orders placed with Expedited Shipping) placed before 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and will deliver within 2-5 business days. If an order is placed after the cut off time, the order will roll over to the following business day. Even if express shipping is chosen. If you need Second Day or Next Day shipping they will be available for purchase at check out. Please note that Out Of Stock Items could take an additional 5 business days before shipping, even if Expedited shipping is chosen.
