When will my item ship and how long will it take to receive?
- Items with this button are in-stock and ready to ship same day if ordered before 1:00 PM CST. If the item is purchased after 1:00 PM CST, the item will ship the following day (excluding Holidays). Please note that if you order past the available quantity, the order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Out of Stock:
- Items with this button are Out of Stock Items. This means that the item is not in-stock, and it is ordered from the Manufacturer same day. The item then comes to Louis Powersports and is then shipped to you. Items with this button could take an additional 5 Business days before shipping.
What if I purchase Expedited Shipping on Items that are Out of Stock?
- Out of Stock Items will be shipped within 5 business days after ordering. Your purchase will be expedited as soon as the item is available to ship.
- All orders (including orders placed with Expedited Shipping) placed before 1:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) and will deliver within 2-5 business days. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, the order will roll over to the following business day. Even if express shipping is chosen. If you need Second Day or Next Day shipping they will be available for purchase at checkout. Please note that Out Of Stock Items could take an additional 5 business days before shipping, even if Expedited shipping is chosen.
- We do our best to ensure that back ordered items are not on our website. In the event that an item is on back order at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email and immediately cancel your order. You should see the refund back to your original method of payment as quickly as your method of payment processes the refund.

Do you ship internationally?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What happens if I believe I received a faulty item?
- If you believe the item you received is faulty, please contact us using the Chat. Please keep in mind that the more information you give us, the better we can assist you. Some of our parts have a 30-day warranty if the item was installed by a certified manufacturer dealership with a verifiable repair order.
Are all parts brand new OEM?
- All of our products are Brand New OEM. Louis Powersports is a manufacturer certified dealership.
What if I have questions during installation?
- All products should be installed by a certified technician at a certified manufacturer dealership. A service manual will be able to answer all the installation question you may have. Louis Powersports does not provide technical assistance for installation or diagnosis.
How do I make sure that I purchase the correct item for my machine?
- The only way we can properly look up, and 100% guarantee that you purchase the correct item is if you send us your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Your Vehicle Identification Number is stamped or tagged on the frame of your machine and typically consists of 17 characters. Please send us your Vehicle Identification Number and the item you need by using the chat, and we will verify if we have the item you need.
Will I get a tracking number?
- Absolutely! We want to keep you up to date with your Order Information! You will receive an email containing a tracking number as soon as the label is generated for your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
Do you offer discount pricing for dealerships or small shops?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer dealer pricing at this time.
- Louis Powersports is your home for Brand New OEM Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Arctic Cat and Polaris products. Expedited shipping is available for most items we sell because our job is to get you back on the trail, track, dune, water or wherever else you ride as quickly as possible!
